    *YAWN*

Please. Is this the best you've got this morning?

The guest downplayed the death of those 4 men at Benghazi. He called the discussion of it "hype". That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. And the cruelest.

They didn't shut that interview down because he related FOX news with Republicans. That's an understood and a given. As I said - *YAWN*.

They shut the interview down because the man was cruel in his "so-what" attitude of those deaths and his sneering of those who want to talk about it.

He pointed out the republican parties selective rage when it concerns American deaths abroad.

At least Republicans have some rage.

Again - is that all you have this morning?

Every single American death overseas isn't reported by the news - Fox News or otherwise - so Fox News nor the Republican Party aren't allowed to ask questions about why our government seemingly neglected to protect and refused to defend those who died at Benghazi?

There is no selective rage. No one can answer the questions so they just mock the ones asking the questions.

The guest said that "no one cared" about dead security contractors. Apparently no one cares about our Ambassador and those who tried to help him.

And apparently no one cares as to WHY this happened.

    Scarlet and Lady Eagle,

Is it worth it anymore? Giving more fodder to those who even use the deaths of an American Ambassador and those with him, to further their socialist agenda.

Not much different than when Obama, despite protests from the families, took the opportunity for photo opps of returning deceased servicemen for his own political purposes.

    Edit: Added Below:
The words in bold speak for themselves.

I know for a fact that on the part of CBT, life is cheap. His politics and his comfort are worth the slaughter of innocents. He's said so himself. Why would we expect the lives of others to matter more to him?

If Socialism is promoted, it's worth it.

What a disgusting piece of human flesh. He is quite the arm of the DNC. To suggest that Benghazi was hyped is to be a political hack or to live in complete ignorance.

The comparison between Benghazi and all the other contractors in the mid-east fails. These men worked directly for the US government and they were working directly under the State Dept.

Add to that the facts needed security was directly ignored by this admin. That is clear enough evidence that this story is necessary.

Of course Obama has begun his spin and sent out his operative, even on this board, to paint a false narrative to demonize anyone who would dare criticize Jamie Foxx's Lord and Savior

.........And, as a retired military vet, what grieves me the most about Benghazi was the deaths of those USMC ("bayonet-toting") Corpsmen, none of whom probably volunteered for their assignment but rather were ORDERED to be sent there, who were killed in the line of duty protecting the US embassy compound.

I can only imagine what kind of Thanksgiving their families had this year.

    "Semper Fi!" :tear: :tear:

  13. I realise I am a bit thick, but don't understand your point here my brother. This thread was derailed after only a post or two. I am not sure how I even became a part of it.

I fail to see where it was derailed at all.

I agree with Mitch. I'd like to see how the thread was derailed.
  16. Still don't know why my name popped up here. Not going to get any more involved.

For the derail see post #7.

On second though I'll gladly forego the derail claim to see how I became part of the topic without my posting - that is certainly a derailment.

I think Roger is saying this post derailed the thread.
And Roger hasn't posted om this thread until it got to a second page, I don't see where he needs any rescuing.

It was expected you would take up for CBT and/or Ricks.

I have to wonder how those who claim that Fox News was wrong would respond after considering that we all essentially do the same thing. We may not be in a position to shut down a microphone and TV feed, however, how many times have we stopped posting on a thread, hung up a phone, or said something to just end a conversation and walk away.

I am suggesting we may be in a beam vs speck situation here.

It appears only Aaron got it. And on second glance it looks a lot ruder than I meant it. I apologize for the statement.
